• Jayce Salloum, artist talk presented by Alternator Gallery for Swarm: Salloum has lectured worldwide and has exhibited at the widest range of local and international venues possible, from the smallest unnamed storefronts & community centres to institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art, New York and the National Gallery of Canada.
• Henry Tsang, artist talk presented by Alternator Gallery for Swarm: Henry Tsang received an MFA from University of California, Irvine in 2003, and the VIVA Award in 1993. He is the Head of Critical & Cultural Studies at the Emily Carr Institute of Art, Media and Design in Vancouver.
• Julie Lebel - http://www.foolishoperations.com Mobile Clubbing and its context from 12:30 to 1 pm and then Mobile Clubbing session at 1:45 pm behind Granville Island Market on the small wharf between the courtyard and Artsclub. Bring your personal stereo with earphones. Choose your greatest music to boogie on. Dance with no shame in full sunlight. Go crazy with your cheesiest pop or experimental music! The music in your earphones is totally private. It's not quite a performance, it's a thing you do, so plan on bringing your music. We will be done dancing at 2:05 pm and walk back to ECI and chat.
