Erin Sexton grew up in Chilliwack, BC, and studied media arts at ECIAD in Vancouver from 2001 to 2004. She then moved to Montreal and began playing improv sound art with hand built oscillators, shortwave radio, bass feedback, etc, collaborating with other artists and releasing several albums. She completed her intermedia BFA at Concordia University in 2006. She currently lives and works in Montreal, performing live audio/visual improvisations, screening her video work, and creating multi-sensory installations.
