Wendy Atkinson, 30 min, Performance

Pink Noise is the all-bass solo project of Wendy Atkinson. She will be performing on electric, acoustic and double bass, creating hypnotic and atmospheric music that pushes the bass, usually a background instrument in most music, front and center. The various basses will be processed and accompanied by loops, pre-recorded sounds and will sometimes be played with various implements such as string, emery boards and cassette cases.
