Julie has, in a way, become a resident VJ to the the Dubforms series. It just fits. Julie blends stream of consciousness video mixing with her unique ascetics, touching on themes of nostalgia, dreams, and a blurred reality. Julie has also been hosting workshops on the art of VJ’ing at Video In. So that’s good news.

Claudia is a successful filmmaker, writer, and educator with a proven commitment to social change. Claudia is excited for her second round as part of the visuals crew, bringing fresh perspectives and levels of awareness. Weaving slow-motion textures into footage from around the world, live footage from off the floor, and very much experimenting with the VJ role itself.
